UU Wellspring, Sources 2024-25

Since 2010, UU Schenectady has offered a range of 6 different Wellspring classes. Sources is the foundational class for all other advanced Wellspring classes.

The UU Wellspring Sources curriculum is designed to strengthen people's understanding of Unitarian Universalism.

Sources class facilitators:
Rosie Lewis & Tom Comparin

The minimum class size is 6 participants.

UU Wellspring is a 10-month transformational course of spiritual deepening that grounds participants in Unitarian Universalism, asks the “big questions” that are central to our faith, and helps develop the practice of deep listening. Through class assignments and interactions, you will be enabled to deepen your own understanding of UU values, gain a deeper commitment to your own values, and explore how to integrate your UU faith more fully into your daily life.

Participants in Sources are challenged by, comforted by, and inspired by each one of the six sources of the living tradition of Unitarian Universalism: direct experience, prophetic women and men, world religions, Jewish and Christian teachings, humanist teachings, and Earth-centered traditions.
