SPRING 2026 Covenant Group - Wednesday Evenings

Covenant Groups are:
- A way to explore and practice living our UU values, with love at the center.
- A small group that creates a covenant, (or shared agreements,) and practice living into that covenant together.
- A means of creating connection and care with others in the congregation.
- A way to be engaged, included, and heard
- A way to reflect and share our thoughts and feelings about some of life’s big questions

Covenant Groups are NOT:
- A social club, although connections between people will likely be strengthened
- A debate society, although important topics will be discussed
- A support or therapy group, although the atmosphere is caring and positive
- A rigid set of activities, although there are guidelines that each facilitator will use

If you have questions, contact Rev. Lynn Gardner at revlynn@uuschenectady.org.
