RE Registration 2016-17 For New Families

Religious Education for our children and youth is a cooperative venture involving both children and adults in our community. In a liberal religious tradition such as ours, religious learning, spiritual growth, and faith development are viewed as a life long journey each person takes.

We like to say that we may hold different beliefs but we covenant to journey together as a community, using as our guide our common principles and values. Or, in the words of sixteenth-century Unitarian Frances David, “We do not have to think alike to love alike.” Together, we strive to create an atmosphere of respect, compassion, and spiritual growth for ourselves and others.

While our church recognizes and affirms all gender identities, our database does not and only gives us the binary "Male/Female" options. We are actively searching for ways to rectify this and change it in our database.
